From land of Quercioli two wines with designation of origin controlled are included: Lambrusco grasparossa red wine sweet D.O.C. (8% vol.), fruity and intense strain 100% Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro and Pink sweet Lambrusco D.O.C.. (8,5% vol.), pink fruity mixture of strains Salamino and Marani.

Both references of lambrusco are delicious served at a temperature of 8 - 10 ° C.

Special mention is the MEDICI Concerto red Lambrusco BIO D.O.C. (11,5% vol.), elaborated with strain Lambrusco, Salamino (serve between 14 and 15 ° C).
